My newly found Indian Dhal soup from Sainsburys. OMG its so good.

Had a couple of eggs to use up, so hard boiled them, then mashed them up with some finely sliced ham and gherkins. Mixed it all with a good splodge of mayonnaise and mustard, and a good grind of black pepper. Was pretty good between two slices of toasted whole meal bread.

Day off, weather crap but enjoyed a Cornish Pasty and a pint.

Had a Chicken Naga Raja last night - jeesh, it was like eating Vindaloo x 10 it was that hot - so not really up to eating anything at the mo.

Surprised anybody can cope with that heat and enjoy it. Aren't Naga Chillies used by Indian police in their pepper spray?

Probably. Just don't get any on your fingers and then rub your eyes. Not for the faint hearted.

And yes, it is enjoyable but it helps to let it cool down. As for the next day....

Is it spicy?

No. I do like spice but this has the spicing level of an Onion Bhaji but contains lentils, chickpeas and spinach. Gets 2/5 of my daily veg intake done easily.

Ive always been someone that just has one dinner a day type of thing usually at whatever time of the day. I have Never been one for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc
