Removing the obvious 'KENWRIGHT OUT LAAAA' issue for a minute, what would you lot do to give the team the lift which it so clearly needs after today's performance ? Not that it'll happen like.

Play 4-4-2 and attack teams like crazy from now on. We'll pick up enough wins to keep out of relegation trouble, and we'll concede enough goals to ensure we won't qualify for Europe, but at least we fans will enjoy the ride.

And play young in-form players! That means Vellios, Drenthe and the rest.

Drop Distin for Heitinga
Play Bily in place of Cahill
Play Vellios in place of Saha
Dont sub Coleman every game
Dont bring on Neville when we are losing
Start Drenthe or Gueye on the left
Make subs around the 65-70 minute mark - preferably Cahill/Barkley

So....

Howard

Hibbert - Jagielka - Heitinga - Baines

Coleman - Rodwell - Fellaini - Drenthe

Bily

Vellios

And use Cahill or Barkley to come on for Bily/Rodwell, Gueye for Drenthe, Osman occasionally etc..

And tell them they are working on a rating system, and anyone who gets a 4 gets fined. Anyone who gets a goal gets a bonus.

I like your idea.However, i would sub cahill with either barkley or bily during games. Neville to slot at right back, osman as an impact player. Drenthe has to start...

Just finally get rid of the predictable 4-5-1 revolving totally around Cahill. Play Barkley, he's big enough and definitely good enough. Start Vellios, he's scored two good goals coming on now what more can he do from the bench? Organise what's happening between Fellaini and Rodwell, they don't seem to communicate or know when to stay or sit. Play a World Cup finalist at centre back over bambi on ice (Distin) or Jagielka who has done nothing this season. Play Coleman at full back, he actually attempts to tackle players, Hibbert and Neville allow them time to get crosses in, and he'll overlap. Finally, grow a pair and not be as stubborn.
