We are going for a very young potential player based model and then the reins are being handed over to Silva and boa morte and they are being advised to improve these players and challenge for titles. It's an overwhelming vote of confidence that I also have faith in
 

Zaha and Delph arent young.

Its a bit of both, if we get the right 2 players tomorrow, Zaha and a CB, its not just for the future, its for now.

I know Mo Kegs and Gmblammo are quite young, but I think and its just IMO, I think both will hit the ground running.

Think we have done some good business so far, just need to finish it off tomorrow now.

From the most unreliable source ever,my self,; Silva,as a couch ,agewise ,Silva is at a truly special point in life. He's at the crossroads where you start to genuinely believe your own ideas and reject others equally brilliant ideas, forging your own. And; not to forget which ideas you reject and which you refuse to reject. Luckily he's in a partially stats based game which at least brings some corrections to stubborn thoughts

I don't see it as a vote of confidence, more as - *pointedly looking at watch and calender* I've put my money where your mouth is, I need to start seeing a bit of top 6 action here lids, we need to be in there kicking arses and mixing it with them...tick tock lids, tick tock.

Huge pressure on Silva now. I will allow some time for new players to bed in with a new club but we really need to be picking up points in our first 10 games. Only Man City is a real danger in those. The Wolves game sets a tone too. Show intent for 7th early on then put pressure on those above for Europe.
If we fail to capitalise then it will be a repeat of last season where quite a few of us were done with Silva.
