I'd imagine, with this being a football forum, that a fair number of us have played football in some capacity.


So what are player are you?

Are you an Arteta? Dictating play with you're calmness on the ball and silky skills.

Are you a Jagielka? Solid Centre back, take no prisoners approach.



Personally, I think i'm a Fellaini type player. Tall, bit gangly, but strong, good in the air, keeps it simple, and I have one heck of a shot.

WERE you , lid . Unfortunately .

ALL left foot .

Played midfield . wing , but mostly a Srtiker . Decent , when I was a Boy . Rep' teams an' that .

Me Da an' Me Nephew are / were Mustard .

THT was also Fine , btw .

I think i'm a cross between Big Dunc and Felli,

like to think i can play like i'm Portugues but in reality i'm just a 6 foot lump that will prove to be a legend....

and i'm left footed. like Bily and Sheedy.
 
When I play CDM, Daniele De Rossi.

Tall, tackle hard, pass decent, shoot from way too far out and miss by miles :)
 

I'm sure I'm a winger....... I'd like to say a Steve Pienaar..........although injuries to the team this year have meant 14 games in centre mid, 3 up front, 8 in centre defence and 5 on the wing....imagine that on FM...? DC/LM/CM/ST! Ha

Won players player of the year for it though on the weekend, ha! At 29, I think I don't have too many years left on the wing unfortunately =(

Does anyone else play much? I started a thread about a year ago which got hardly any replies....
 
One that runs away from the football.

Or probably a bit like Gosling, in terms of, have my good spell when I'm younger, then get injured and be out for ages - only, I'd be out forever in fear of getting injured again. :D
 
Definatly a combination of Jags and Heitinga i reckon.

Tough, solid tackler no nonsense player but with a good mind for the game and always looking to play a great pass if its on rather than the Neville pass.

Admittedly half the time i mess it up but thats cause i'm old and knackered after 5 mins.

Whiteboot' , an' THT , off the top of me head , WERE players .

Dunno if White' still bothers , THT is all Daddy'd Up on a Sunday , now , an' Everton'd AN' Fambo'd up of a Saturday .
