What is your deepest fear?

Sleep paralysis...suffered from it for a while, though it seems to have stopped happening I'm very wary of it happening ever again,scared the **** out of me.

Me and Finn where on about this

Ive had it about 5 times and scares the living **** out of me evertime

Found out one cause of it is sleeping on your back

God that's an awful thought. I've often thought of its get that horrible feeling in your guts like someone ha pushed you off the curb.

Sleeping on your back can contribute towards an episode, but I was sleeping face down when it ever happened to me.Now I have to sleep on my side with a pillow either side of me, sounds daft but it seems to work. As you'll no doubt know, the episodes are like your worst nightmare come true,so vivid and real, and not being able to move a muscle or speak / breathe adds to the fear...glad to see the back of it, for now !
