Jardim is monaco manager and really plays good football blending in different players young / old, local, foreign and is rated very highly.

Nagelsmann is 29 years old. The new Klopp/Tuchel at Hoffenheim

Google / wiki them, theyve done really well and both had careers cut short.

He has a fantastic pedigree already. How far do you rate Tuchel?

Hes 29 years old for Gods sake.

Kendall was 34 when he took over us mate

Fair play 29 is exceptionally young, and even the best 'young' managers of recent years, Klopp, Tuchel, Mourinho, Guardiola, either cut there teeth at managing B sides, or lower league sides, or served as assistants (or both), and a few of those are scewed in the case of guardiola and Klopp as they both entered management after a long playing career (at way different levels obviously)

But age shouldn't matter that much as long as the blokes personaility is strong enough AND as importantly they have a clue and the players see that

To be fair his record at the moment is impressive. Plus being German he'll probably just keep getting better.
If we suddenly decided to replace Koeman now (which we obviously aren't) he'd be a bold and exciting appointment.
Purely hypothetical anyway.

lol at the mention of julian nagelsmann.

the fella been at Hoffenheim for 6 years now behind the scenes, so knows the club inside and out as well as the players so having an easy time of things right now. He will need easily 5-6 years alone just being there as a manager before you can warrant if he is going to be a great coach or not. The german Eddie howe, boss at the one club and crap elsewhere.
