What have we learned from pre-season 2015?

What have we learnt? That we're playing in the wrong leagues. U21s beat Wrexham and Southport so should be in the Conference. Dundee and Hearts are at the top of the SPL , so we would be top of that and playing in Champions Leagye next year. We should buy out Ross County , and move to Dingwall , sorts out new ground issue too.

1) We have some talented youngsters who are closer to the first team than I first thought. Particularly Keiran Dowell.

2) We have a manager who is willing to give young players an opportunity.

3) Browning and Galloway are in contention for the first team.

4) We have been badly hit by injuries, particularly in attacking positions. We look blunt going forward.

5) Kone is not really an adequate replacement/back up for Lukaku.

1) In desperate need of a playmaker and striker
2) Centre-half isn't as much as a priority with Browning doing so well, though we could still do with a more experienced player
3) MaCaleny, Dowell, Browning and Galloway all look ready to be in-and-around the first-team squad at times through the season
4) Mirallas has looked motivated, hopefullyw e an keep him
5) Without Lukaku we're pony

We got a massive chance of humping Watford. They have signed over 10 players (mainly foreigners) and have a new manager who has no premier league experience. These lot will struggle this season. It will take alot of time for them to settle.

I know we never start great but this is are best chance to get a big win in for many of seasons.

Kone Still And Will be Crap
I understand your frustration with Kone but don't really blame Kone. The serious injury he had when he first came to
Everton has finished him in my opinion, the lack of movement and general lack of fitness will not improve, he's had
enough games in the last six or seven months to prove that he can be a serious player for us but unfortunately he's not ever going to make it again for us or any other team, it's now up to the club to sort the lads future out, it's a pity and Ifeel
sorry for Kone and I'd love to be wrong because there was definitely a good player in him.

One nil loss then.

We had a decent preseason before the 13/14 season and a poor one before last season. Hopefully, this will mean that this one will be more like the former!
