Hopefully gets sacked and the fans accept that we need a manager who makes us hard to beat and can organise a defence. We're clearly not good enough to play the style of football Frank wants us to play and he'll take us into the championship if we don't act now.

There shouldn't be another managerial change this season regardless of results. These players need to take full responsibility and be held accountable for their pathetic lack of quality, commitment and effort. Nothing changes until this squad is completely ripped up. Changing managers constantly means that never happens because ever new boss gives the clowns a fresh start.

Get them all out of the club. No one should be seen as too important to sell. I want to see 20 of them out the door, because it's the only way we save the club.

This is one of the most bonkers arguments out there. Organise a defence with Keane, Holgate, Godfrey and a never-fit Mina is like trying to turn water into wine. It's not possible. They are the weakest, most inept defenders I've ever seen. And Mina simply cannot be relied on.

We have no bus to park. We have a battered mini from the 90s with 250k miles on it. The only way we have an outside chance of survival is if these clowns stop making basic errors that would make you fume at a under 11s game. It's nothing to do with systems. It's about taking responsibility and doing your job properly. Something that seems alien to this lot.

Go support Burnley if you want to see Everton be a negative, low block, defensive team then.

Lampard has made some baffling decisions but if we go down then it's the fault of the players first, Moshiri second and Benitez third for me

The damage has been done and these players have disgraced the club and lead us towards a potential devastating path.

Another manager may have kept us up, e.g a Big Sam but he's not right long term and now we've made the appointment, I think he needs to be given at least half a season next season before considering his position. He's not had enough time and we need more stability.

Never want to see a manager sacked early stage but we'll be in big trouble if we lose Saturday.

I also find it ironic that the same suspects who were gagging for Benitez to go after 8 games sat in 11th and were lauding Spurs for acting "decisively" in booting Nuno early doors are all of a sudden championing giving a manager time to "build there own team" you couldn't make it up! lol

This 100%

We need a reset and and need it now. Obviously it would be heartbreaking if we went,
But Everton don’t pay my bills and I will still need to get up for work on a Monday morning.

BDM which I still think will get built, is at least something to look forward to. Maybe in the summer of 24. We’ve had a reset profit and
Sustainability and have some decent money to spend the high earning wasters have gone, maybe a new board and a young hungry exciting team.

Here’s to 2024 ?

I will be broken if we go down, but it's preferable to delaying the inevitable and giving these players more chances and new contracts. I don't want them representing my club and taking millions every year for the pleasure while normal people are struggling to pay for heating bills.

The stadium is the big elephant in the room though. We are probably in too far to pull out now, but we absolutely do not need stadium costs and debt when we are a championship club. If there is any way out of it, then we need to shelve it. Goodison is the only good thing left at this club and this regime are taking it away from us.

The minute our focus became a stadium and not football, this day was always coming. New stadiums don't win football matches - in fact they usually lead to regression. People got sucked in by the hysteria, but leaving Goodison was a terrible decision and I won't forgive them.

Can you tell me how we become hard to beat with a defence that we have?

This will be interesting
