yeah this does really piss me off. It sounds petty, but nothing has gone too right in the time i've followed the blues, seems connected with the club. doesn't help when our rivals win virtually everything based on good luck as well. If they hadn't invented penalties i wonder just how little they would have really won in the last 20 years

I hate it when i say i support everton and they look surprised when I reveal to them that they play in the city of liverpool. and after a moment of silence they say i never knew they were in liverpool interesting is it a big rivalry?

At least they've heard of Everton. Most people I tell just show blank faces (non-football followers anyway). Only when I say "Everton's in Liverpool" does a recognition alight their face. Then the dumb fruks think I actually meant Liverpool FC, but was just using some unknown nickname.

No, I don't live in England...or even Britain.

To be fair football fans have obviously heard of us...we've got a good rep actually...those in the know respect Everton.
