place at the mall food court near me has all the Pizza Hut, KFC, McBurgerKing etc as everywhere, but also has a place with a proper quincho (big iron rack suspended by a chain over fire) with gobs of meats of all sorts.

went with pollo, ribs, chorizo picante and chef's choice: picanha. side of mini potatoes and slices of grilled and cinnamoned pineapple.

i'm certain the cuisine will be more varied in Bogota, but i will defo miss Paraguayan carne. two meals worth of stellar beef and meat for under $20.
