Been listening to the "the Dirt "audio book and its sent me on a Motley Crue binge. Mick Mars has to be one of the most underrated guitarists in rock, the mans a riff machine.

Some seriously nicked stuff off the Beatles, Christ I thought one tune was about to break into Lady Madonna and that takes some doing..

The Gallaghers have form for this. They stole a lot of stuff from the Real People as well.

Chris from the Realies also wrote Rockin Chair and the chorus from Columbia but never got any credits from Oasis.

Lady Madonna is based on Bad Penny Blues, Humphrey Lytellton, Jazz great and very funny man. Things are derived, evolve etc. Inspiration is a great tribute I think.
