Half way through and it has to be one of the worst albums I have heard in years.
Arcade Fire have turned into an utter embarrassment.
Never cared for them in general as they were always so full of self-importance as if they were doing something so much more than just making mediocre flash-in-the-pan hipster music; there was never a hint of irony or self-deprecation in their music, rather it was this earnest set of progressive theatrics that tried to convey some sincere "storied" message. Pure ball-baggery.
