The Summer of 1979 and I'm sitting down watching TOTP and this mesmerizing futuristic sound is playing out in front of my eyes, I'm transfixed and felt as though I'm being transported 25 plus years into the future, one of the most ground breaking records of all time

I saw it on The Old Grey Whistle Test before it became a hir. I remember speaking to my mate in school about it the next day so it must have been around May as we only went in to take our A level exams.Had pretty much the sane effect on me too.
