That's good news indeed. I think as you get older you empathise more so you become less of an arl arse when it comes to stuff like this? Years ago I have buzzed off him.
 

What a poor [Poor language removed], like a real life Buster Gonad from Viz. Really makes you wonder why the healthcare system in USA isn't overhauled to get inline with other civilised countries. Bang out of order to let people suffer like that.
 
Looks like Elephantitis of the scrotum.Its quite common in parts of Africa,Indonesia and the philipines.Its mainly caused by parasitic worms that are transmitted by flies or mosquitos.It generally affects male genitals or the legs.
