Also just spoke to West Ham. They will not print tickets off without Everton's premission. So if they can't get hold of "someone" at Everton who is apparently going to be available at 3pm then there is no point turning up to West Ham. Even if you have your seat number and credit card. Absolutely ridiculous situation and symptomatic of the way Everton is run!
