West Ham ticket problems

I ordered two tickets for the west ham game last friday and they still havn't arrived. The next two days are bank holidays so they wont arrive by post in time and the box office is shut! Does anyone else have the same problem? ive got no idea what to do :@
 

I've just joined this forum for the same reason. Ordered 2 tickets on the 18th December and they haven't arrived. Any advice is welcome
 
Have a look on your purchase history and get you row and seat number off them, at least you have an idea of your seating. Ring West Ham on 0871 222 2700 and see if they can help

I have the same problem - I rang Everton on Xmas Eve and they told me they would put my name and 2 tickets on the West Ham Priory Road ticket office for collection tomo 2 hours before kick off. You need the card you ordered them off too.

Anyone else going down on the train / coming back from Euston at 9pm? Need advice on getting back to euston after the game
 
Thanks for the advice. I have no idea what my proposed ticket number is but will go to box office tomorrow and have card ready.
 
West Ham have a duplicate list of all ticket purchasers. Go to their box office with some id and card purchased with and you should be sound. Maybe contact them first to be safe too.
 

I once went to Sunderland and 'hadn't received my tickets and got duplicates from their ticket office on the day

I'd maybe ring Everton or WH box office in the morning just to make sure you're on the list. Quite a few people in this situation it seems.

Glad I read that. My wife bought my ticket over the phone so I'd better take her card with me. I had the same problem regarding non-delivery. I rang the club on Christmas Eve but they were already shut. LCAB reminded me the club would be open yesterday so I managed to get on the list for collection at West Ham. I'll be wearing a royal blue EFC rain jacket and navy EFC cap so look out for me and buy you a pint (that's Robbie and friend, not everyone reading it this - I'm not made of money!)

Spoke to the West Ham ticket Office. They can only help you out if you have previously advised Everton that you have not received your ticket. If you have, then Everton would have sent a list to West Ham and they will have a duplicate ticket. If you havn't the Everton Box Office apparently opens at 3pm (even though recorded message states closed all day today) so you can phone then and hopefully they will get details and a duplicate will be raised by West Ham. If you phone up West Ham customer service now they will also send notification through to Everton to help the process. Pick up tickets from the office at East Stand. I wasn't on the list so am hoping that Everton andWest Ham can resolve. There is clearly been a massive problem with the post as the list that West Ham have has about 150 names on it -wholly unsatisfactory!
