Nice post. Goodison has been much louder, the only thing we are really playing for is the hope that no one will break their leg before the cup final and as far as I know we don't have a song for that. We were much louder at the NUFC home finale last year because its alot easier to enjoy humliating them.
WH had a nice season, Europa footie might not be the best thing right now with the squad getting smaller. Thought they were going down in the firesale at the beginning of the season but GZ and co has done a great job with the squad. Thanks to him the squad is no longer depressingly mediocre like it was under Curbshiely. Cole looks quality, if he started we might have been 2-0 down before Tompkins got sent off.

When we played you in the cup last season & that poor fella was hit by a bus, we'd parked on a side street which had been blocked off because of it & & were speaking to a load of your fans. 1 of them walked off after a while & we assumed he was getting on with his journey home but he came back with some chippy food & gave us a bag of chips. It probably wouldn't have cost him much but it was a great gesture & reaffirmed the impression I'd got from speaking to your fans.

Thanks for your story, I like the Hammers fans the best, always have a laugh, and make me laugh with some of the songs.
I remember a few years ago we were winning 6 or 7 nil and the hammers fans started cheering Everton and celebrating our goals, class.
Good luck for next season, like us you have had too many injury worries, I wouldnt mind having Steve Clarke at Goodison.

You'll always get a possitive responce in here mate if youve come to talk sense. You'll find some of the best fans in the country on the blue half of Merseyside. Best of luck next year

Seems like a decent guy Danny.
Was by Dixies statue before the game and spoke to a few West Ham fans. One was really sound, had his kid (all dressed in West Ham stuff), and another persons kid (all dressed in Everton stuff) on either side of him getting a picture saying "The Toffees and The Hammers, what a fine tradition" etc.
