I'm going but don't drink, safe to wear Everton shirt making my way from South London on Jubilee Line? Not done West Ham before but never had problem with Arsenal, Tottenham or Palace.

I wear my shirt all the time in east London travelling to everton... never had a problem yet

Alright cool, don't ever go looking for trouble but know Hammers have a reputation.
Yeah I know what you mean mate I don't either.. . Guess maybe a little different for me living round here and I know a fair few hammers fans...
.oh and bring binoculars you will need them lol

Given I'm south London based anyway, I was thinking I'd go to Borough Market (London Bridge tube station) and have a few there. Can then get the Jubilee line straight to Stratford...

I think someone with local knowledge should just pick a pub that is easy to get to from Euston and then easy to get to Stratford

Currently living in Bow, can see their ground from my window. So have gotten a bit of an idea in the past month or so.

Can echo what has already been said on this thread that the boozers near the ground are pretty much all 'Ammers only.

One suggestion I would have is going to Hackney Wick, there's a great Micro Brewery there and if it's good weather it would be a great place to booze in the sun. Howling Hops it's called.

Failing that there are plenty of bars around Liverpool St Station, if a little £.

As people have said Liverpool St has loads of pubs and there is a fast train to Stratford from there.

What a welcoming club for away supporters. No police or segregation when leaving the ground, no pub in the vicinity for away fans. I think they have to remember that the cheap season tickets will only last a couple of years, so they will need the away support revenue, especially in the Championship.

I don't understand why a boozer doesn't decide to go away fans only, you're guaranteed to be chocka every week of the season.

Stay away from the pubs in Westfield. Any sign of a Scouse accent, you won't be getting in.

As others have said, there's pubs around Liverpool Street. Or anywhere on the Central Line, as you'll be able to get a direct tube to Stratford.
