Player Valuation: £8m
And everyone knows it.

The mercenary players/managers/agents who don't care whether we win lose or draw. Sign a contract here and you're set for life. If it doesn't work out who gives f##k, go on loan to Villa, Stoke and get 80-90k a week.

The old boys club of coaches who are only here because they 'get the club' or so the board think. Ferguson was more interested in getting pissed, smoking and his hard man image when he wasn't injured and Jeffers couldn't wait to get away and bad mouthed us before we welcome them back.

The dysfunctional board who instead of recruiting an experienced, world class operator, give the chief exec's job to someone who'd only ever worked in higher education, before running the club's community activities.

Sorry this might sound harsh but we need to f##k off with lighting up buildings and hugging the fans, until we get some hard as nails, ambitious players, coaches and executives in the club to compete in the billion pound industry they're operating in.

I must admit that hugging the fans what is that all about, can you imagine Reid or Van de Hauwe doing that
Think that's very harsh. We are a soft touch on the pitch, maybe off it too but bringing in the excellent work we do in the community and making it into a negative is a bit of a reach. If anything that's the only aspect of the club that is truly functional and something we can be proud of imo.

Hugging the fans was to raise money for charity.

Grow up mate.

It's a little silly to suggest giving hugs in a fundraiser has much to do with attitude on the pitch.

That being said, I think we all agree we could use a bit more leadership and attitude in central midfield.

I wonder how off the pace McCarthy really is right now. I truly believe moving to duel defensive mids could stablize things a bit right now.

But still, without an effective CF, you know Huddersfield are going to pack it in, so that's probably not the game to do it.

Yes. We haven't fought back this year, we have no leaders, no spine we don't clear up second balls. The players don't have a go at each other, they look like they don't care. If we conceded that's it.

Not a single player has it in them to see this situation as unacceptable and to demand that they collectively try and sort it out between themselves.

These players are clearly talented as individuals. But as a team they are pathetic and that is why they can go to a side that is 19th in the Division below, who have no quality whatsoever and crumble under any sort of pressure.

The same goes for the manager. A top manager would work on their weaknesses - set pieces being the main one and sort it out. But this has gone on all season and costs us most games and he does nothing about it.

The loser mentality comes from the top.

You only have to look over the park to see how PR can be used to influence results. Fergy was a master of it too, as was Mourinho.

Can you imagine if they lost a game to a blatant handball? There would be absolute meltdown. The PR machine would fly into action. Every newspaper would be full of it, you wouldn’t be able to move without seeing images of it & the ref’s position. Debate would be raised & Michael Oliver would be questioned as to his fitness to officiate. They wouldn’t let anyone forget they were robbed. Cheated! The build up to following games would be filled with pleas to the officials to do their job & “don’t miss” this, “watch out” for that. Making sure refs are afraid to make a call against them.

Has anyone seen a single image of that handball? Or questions raised about Oliver? We’re the biggest soft touch in the game. And we wonder why we get so many bad decisions.

...and that mentality surely filters down to the players.

Nil Satis Nisi Optimum my arse!

The hugalot epitomises everything that’s wrong with us - those in power seem to think a successful EITC is what we’re about. To be honest as were so poor it probably is but we used to be about winning things or at the very least competing!
