I always put a bit extra in my bowl so I can give a bit to the dog. He thinks cerals are boss.

Cold milk with a little sugar sprinkled over, eaten as quickly as possible -not too crunchy, not too soft.

However normally eat fruit 'n fibre, cold milk with fresh strawberries and a sliced banana....
