Nottingham Forest in 17th place can’t come as a surprise to anyone, this is where Sean Dyche’s football gets teams. Dyche’s average position in the Premier League is 15/16 ish and that includes the two seasons when Burnley finished 7th and 10th. His mentality is if we can’t get a 0-0 draw we might try for a 1-1 draw. Terrible manager playing terrible football.

He has £400m worth of a squad at his disposal. I think their manager should be expected to comfortably achieve top half if the arguments that are being used in the Moyes thread also apply to this one, which I suspect they don’t.

Dyche has lost 5 out of his first 10 league games, including against sides that they comfortably outspent in the summer in Everton, Fulham, Bournemouth and Brighton, failing to score in any of them. I think he should be doing much better with the quality of squad available to him, and I think their owner would probably agree.

Not sure but what I can guarantee is that if we lose he will live in this thread from the second the full time whistle goes. Odd behaviour for an Everton fan I’d say.

I never understood the temerity of them singing about scousers after what their minors did during the strike. Absolute Tory scabs and they should be incredibly ashamed. Make no mistake whilst the miners crossed picket lines they would have done so with the support of their families.

Thatcher was decimating industries and communities and they helped her. Absolute scum.
