yeah but they would just argue they need somewhere for their reserves to play. Plus they would say they could include a hotel so most of their fans don't face long trips back to london/norway after the game.
I'm sure they'd figure a location out for their reserves to play mate. Because Anfield has a lot of space and is surrounded by hardly any houses they can expand/develop their stadium into a world class one.
 

.......I'd be delighted to move because it would be a sign of investment and progress. Losing out on the Kings Dock is enough to make you weep when you look at the infrastructure and vibrancy of that area. It really is stunning. Imagine cruise liners coming in and seeing our stadium on the waterfront. I love the Old Lady but find the walk up City Rd from Church Rd depressing and notice parents and kids dodging the mountain of dog muck, not pleasant.
