This fasting lark isn't all it's cracked up to be. And, 'postprandial somnolence' yeah, me neither.

Just spent two hours in one of them funfairs. You know the ones where the salt of the earth folk with caravans bring to a field by you.

Anyway my lads and proper fairy and we managed to get him on some ride which I thought would be better than the waltzers. No word of a lie, 3 hours later and am still feeling sick. Think I’ve put him off any type of ride for life.

I also don’t know how people can go on all them things then go and eat a burger and chips. My weekends Guinness and tennants hasn’t managed to stay down.

Well remembered, she was nice, she was surprised the sharps bin is so small and has ordered a 4ltr for me. Wants me to contact an occupational therapist but I don't think I can be arsed at the moment. Needle wasn't so bad, plenty of flab to insulate.
