Trust me, that was not funny at all depite the label. 2 killed, another related fatality the next day, thousands evacuated from their homes, houses wrecked.

Kudos to Toronto Emeregency Response - this happened at 3:40 AM and within 20 minutes our emergency reposnse plan had been activated.
