I guess the only thing with this is they are so financially crippled they don’t have time to nurture someone who needs time, they just need to get any money they can in the door. But it’s kinda scary they’ve made such a quick, unfavourable assessment of him.

Agreed, They owe over a billion euro but have just signed a player for 60m. I am guessing they need sales to pay for this.

We may or may not be trying to sign this lad but Barca will need to sell players this summer and are not in the strong bargaining position they once were.

We are in a strong bargaining position for a very different reason..... we are skint and can't afford to waste any money.

I am not familiar with the player but he is still very young and seems highly rated.
