Spotted this on villatalk lmao

"March 2012,Holman stated that he had signed for Aston Villa after speaking at length with one Matt Damon who had told Brett what a great state the club has found themselfs in,Matt went on to say "at least where not Everton"

This was on his wiki, very bizarre!!"

There an echo in here?!

He's a midfield version Coleman, can come up like a Champ but more often than not he's average.

He's got that tenacity though, he's become a real competitor but I doubt he'll quite make the cut.

He did give me one of those jumping off the couch fist pumping moments though...don't know where the actual vision is.

Hahahahahahaha!

 Brilliant.

Moyes out & Davek in.

What part of 'has Moyes missed a trick' didn't you understand, Bryan?

Note: if there's something of my posting you're struggling with in the future just ask me and I'll explain. It's a free service. :hay:

Peaked at the last world cup. Be interesting to see if he can cut in England. I'm Aussie and i have my doubts.

I used to hate this bloke in the Socceroos line-up more than taking a needle through the knob. But then he scored a couple of important games at the 2010 World Cup and I don't mind seeing him around now and then.

All in all--he ain't much chop. Fast and determined, but ****house technique. Scores some decent goals, but then again I've seen him miss ones you could hit in with a handbag. His best days in the EPL will be close to Drenthe/Coleman's worst days.

Just saying, so many people are judging him without barely seeing him play week in week out at AZ. He is nowhere near as ****e as people are making him out to be. Yes, he WAS terribly ****e, and that's why so many people play at his negatives, but he is seriously not that bad at all. He will be a decent squad player for Villa.

I watch AZ every week. He's hard working, has a good motor, is not afraid to take a shot, but I wouldn't call him selfish.

I was trying to think where I'd rank him on our current squad if he were a toffee...definitely below coleman, drenthe and peinaar.Maybe close to Gueye. Of course Gueye is 7 years younger.
