Defence know the cops can't be seen to lose face, they want their cake and eat it to. should the cps get their man so to speak, the press statements on behalf of the victim of the kicks to the head being penalised yet his attacker off scot free will further emphasise an allegation of two tier policing where white people get treated better than non white people. Because of this, the weight of the law ought to have fallen on the part time van damme. Inexcusable. Yet here we are again.
