I wouldn't accept even close to £3m.
I'd only sell if the medical staff were convinced he has no career at this level & we'd get more than that for him anyway. As it is I still feel he'll make it as a top class centre forward, so I just wouldn't sell

I read that this morning in one of the papers. Like everyone else so far I'd have to say no to selling him. He can be a great player for us if he gets over his injuries and gets a good run in the first team. I have faith that James will come good for us. So Blackburn can look elsewhere for the time being. Stevie Gerrard would probably go to Blackburn for 2 million at the moment, they should put in a cheeky offer to the RS.

He's the kid of the "could be". But his injuries are a concern. I mean...what are the state of both his knees? Is he able to play a full season when called upon? How long can he just sit on the bench....With all that, what's his future?
We're skint....£2mill for him would be good IMO. Or chance keeping him and hope he doesnt injury himself again to a point that we cant get rid of him or play him
