You are allowing people to go back and watch replays to make “judgement calls.” Not calls based on evidence, but judgment. How on earth do you still get it horribly wrong with video evidence. It’s sad. Corruption may just be involved

Exactly what I was thinking mate, the people looking at VAR are referee's themselves. Imagine someone of the ilk of Clattenburg being asked to look at a RS decision...….

only reason i liked VAR is because the ref runs over to the tv screen at the side of the pitch and gets to see it with his own eyes

Correct. These decisions if flagged should only be up to the ref on the pitch to decide.

Its strange. When the goal line technology was bought in, it was perfect, because it was proved to be correct. No one ever moans that a close call went against them. (except the kopites with that shadow rubbish!)

But the problem with VAR is the polar opposite; it is far from perfect, so its already utterly discredited. (I dont agree with the conspiracy stuff, but its failure provides fuel to the fire).

I just dont get why the FA dont take a look at how it works in rugby.
