Well friends I bid farewell for a week

Im off to Sunny San Diego California for Vacation, or as some of our brethren on here would say "Holiday"

We are driving from Ohio and plan to stop off at the grand canyon.. Will take video and post on youtube/ GOT when I get back..

This thread is a little premature however, I dont leave until the 10th so cheers mates!! :yahoo:

I've been to San Diego years ago, saw an event at the sports arena there around 2002, and is a stones throw from Mexico as people will be aware.

I think it has a population that of something near Birmingham, but it wasn't as hot as we thought it would be when there, although it has some amazing beaches and seafronts.

I've been to the Grand Canyon. It's pretty cool. You don't really get the whole perspective seeing it on tv.

Enjoy your holiday, if you're looking for a nice resturant try Fiddler's Green on Shelter Island. I've always loved the place.

Absolutely. TV and pictures come up short doing it justice. Nothing like seeing it with your own eyes.
