That and all an announcement would do is shove up the prices of any average player.

Although the presence of mega-money will attract more positive comments from the obsequious media blerts as it does, and attract more favourable decisions from the bent refs. Other than that I can't see any advantage in him making an announcement, other than giving momentary joy to the bedwetters (before they turn on him for not bringing instant success).
 

Maybe Usmanov is ashamed of where the club is at present considering he has his USM slapped over it and wants to take the reigns and sort us out.

Would be a dream if he came in, ignored FFP for 2 seasons whilst he built us up - took the fines then from season 3 we are playing in the CL.
 

He's waiting until we down so that the asking price is much smaller. Smart man. Don't get to be a multi billionaire without being smart. Just like Donald Trump. In fact, I wish Donald would buy us.

It's not happening but it would make an enormous difference if it did. It's not even just the money he could put in himself ,it's everything that comes with it. Moshiri has put decent money in but it's not been huge sums (not a criticism just a fact), the difference that buying 3 or quality players that the manager/DoF really want makes, in comparison to bringing in a couple of loans and a free transfer, is massive.

Oh. Can you quickly just point out where in the rules it states you are only allowed to post positive things here? What's positive to post about Everton this season? In fact, the last 5 years post Martinez's first season? And before that, post Moyes' foruth placed finish in the mid-2000s? Just link to the rule mentioned above mate thanks.

I'd take El Chapo's money for us tbf. Have him pay off the FA and the officials as well while we're at it. Never mind Arsenal's invincibles, we'll be winning 38 out of 38 games and breaking records all over the place.
