Usmanov

Of course, Usmanov might not sell up, or might buy Spurs, or West Ham, or Manchester United, or Liverpool, or one of the Birmingham clubs, unlikely though it may seem. Who knows? To sell up is to admit he lost and that Kroenke has won. Very rich men do not like to lose.

Your memory isn't failing mate, that would be because he has never called anything whatsoever right - and find it amusing that over the last year on several occasions he has made out like he has contacts in Usmanovs camp, one of the most powerful/rich and ruthless men in the world and Paul Brown has contacts - laughable
Him and the esk, have got to stick to their stories to the bitter end.
The esk said he wouldn't even invest in the club.
Then his company sponsors the training ground.

Sorry Esk old pal. He will sell and will join Moshiri. I've said it for 18 months now...
Right from the beginning I asked one simple question and no one couldnt give me satisfying answer.
-Why did Usmanov bail / release Moshiri (his business partner) out while he himself stayed (where he is unhappy and completely frozen and isolated)?

Theres absolutely no logic innit without this obvious plan of theirs

It's been said over and over again about the lure of Liverpool Waters and the new stadium.... but that (at least the stadium) needed a lot of groundwork, which Moshiri appears to have done. Also, why did Moshiri (as a consortium) buy the Liver Buildings? To me that's so he (and hopefully Usmanov) can bookend their investments in Liverpool Waters with the Liver Buildings on one end and our new stadium at the other.

As many have said it's all to do with money and there's a lot to be made in and around BM.

Agree. Moshiri was released to make a move until Usmanov could join him..

Rich men like to get even, nothing would be sweeter for him than to come here, plough 400m into the team and permanently exclude Arsenal and Spurs from the top 4, causing Arsenal to devalue, and wiping millions off the price of Kroneke's asset.
