Udderly delicious
Wait...have I missed something? Is this FF AND shirt sponsor?
correct.
However my take on it is that it's just the start of a long & romantic love affair between EFC & USM.

Allez Allez Allez ohhhh, Allez Allez Allez oooooh,
We're Oligarch FC, backed by Russia's army
Allez allez oohhhhh
please try harder !I share the views of what some other people have said. £75m for 5 years seems poor.
I know it's a great improvement...but I'm not sure how valid that arguement is when the current deal is so shockingly turd.
Just FF isn't it
No, its 75m over two deals, one for FF by USM and one for shirts by an as yet known party. FF is for 5 years (I think that was confirmed?) but I believe we don't know as yet how much it is on its own, and we don't know either the amount or length of Shirt sponsorship.
Thing is, if it's a joint deal, doesn't that insinuate another USM company?

Thing is this money is just to keep us competitive on the pitch. The main focus of Moshiri (and who ever else is involved behind the scenes / in the future) is the infrastructure and the stadium.
When City got bought out they'd just got the stadium so they didn't need to worry about that. They just went straight at the squad and the pitch assets.
The time, effort & money involved in what should be a world class stadium will be massive and in the long run getting that sorted as soon as possible will reap greater rewards in the future.
There is obviously a main plan in place, and if that means money is put in to keep us competitive and in touch with the top 6 as it is now and get into European for 1 or 2 seasons out of 4 until the stadium is done then that's fine by me.
The stadium is the catalyst, without a stadium move there is no point and Moshiri and or Usmanov who ever else is involved wouldn't bother investing if they didn't think it's possible and there was no potential from doing it.
Moshiri knows the people that need to be used to make this happen. Kenwright and Elstone don't which is why we've failed twice before. The circles Moshiri is in are in a different Galaxy to Kenwright. The reach of USM is huge so the potential from this deal is not to be underestimated but I can still see caution that this could just be a helping hand or a little nudge to move things along quicker and keep it ticking over.
I guess this is really one of those moments when you can believe in our unofficial moto.
What this space.
1 million less than Spurs. But thats the training ground as well.

Bingo
No way it's just bingo, think much, much higher. Wait, do people still even play bingo?
Always believed if something like this panned out for us that we should behave in a dignified manner, not like city or chelsea fans, but as Evertonians, proud and reserved, however, dud to the rising levels of kopite fume and envious snide remarks and hypocritical cries of foul play I have allowed myself the odd jig, a few hurled richer than yow comments to rise the r/s, culminating in a little sex wee at the thought of the possibilities of ramming so much crap right back down their throats![]()
