Im a fumer not a fighter

Pellegrini = Easy option...
Koeman = Dutch Moyes average manager
Emery = Spanish Moyes %boring football
FDM = Ambitious
Cocu = Very innovative
Simeone = Phenomenal

Hopefully if not the 3 i like David Dein recommends someone from left field.

Yeah my 3rd player was Ross, but I realised afterwards he doesnt count!

Lets say 65m Lukaku, 40m Stones, 55m Besic.
Hang on, Have I missed something here! You are talking about metric measurement, because you are miles out if not.
Someone with more money than sense will probably buy Stones (Who may well go for less than £20M after Euros). Lukaku is worth less than
£50M and I believe will be sorry he leaves us. Besic just isn't upto it, take £15M and run.

£15m for Besic right now? :cheers:

For someone who defended Martinez for three seasons you're knocking Emery and other managers before they've even managed a game for us.

Not sure what relevance past managers have to do with future managers?

We are in a different position now...we should go for the best available.

Cup manager? We just got rid of one.
The fella is 44 years old mate, a spring chicken in the managerial game he's still learning.

You have to factor in also what he's had to deal with at those clubs you've listed. Valencia he had to pick up the mess that Koeman had left and crikey it was some mess!

The negative net spend he's had to deal with at Sevilla has also been well documented.

He's done a staggering job at Sevilla all things told.

Winning the EL three years on the spin ain't bad either like.

He's never been lucky enough so far to be give a fighting chance of real top league finishes due to firefighting, let's see what he can do with substantial funds at his disposal for the first time in his short managerial career

Why on earth would we sell a player whom we refused £37m for last summer for less than £20 when all reports point to there being a bidding war between the filthy rich City and United in the summer for him? If people aren't prepared to pay daft prices then we keep him
