Might be allowed back into the Champions League because all Swiss team my be suspended thanks to FC Sion fielding inellegible players. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

No but I'm sure they'll be screaming blue murder if it happens.

To be honest it would be a terrible injustice if Basle were disqualified for what another club has done. But we know UEFA are consistantly fair* with their King Solomon* like decisions.

I'd feel so sorry for Basel. Getting banned from Europe due to another club's actions is something we can relate to.

Then again, Basel aren't favourites to win.

They came 3rd in a group with Benfica , Basel and Otelube Golati , they dont deserve to be in it , hope this is bullshine .

Whilst I do enjoy the thought of City and Liverpool having a strop, it would completely turn the Champs League into one massive joke. How can you not qualify from the group stages, yet go through. Absurd. It won't happen. Probs...

It said on Radio 5 this morning that UEFA were threatening to do this unless the Swiss FA dish out disciplinary action to the club involved which they are reluctant to do currently.

The Swiss will cave, United aren't going back in. Lets all get on with our lives.
