Dibling has one season under a series of dreadful managers. Understandable if it takes him a few extra training sessions to understand everything he needs to do.

Exactly. He's an exciting raw talent, but behind the striker is probably our strongest position. There's no harm in giving him some time to settle into a new club/area away from where he grew up, and getting him more up to speed tactically first. He's been signed for his impact over several years, not just the first few months.
