Wonder what he is / isn't showing in training and with his attitude generally. He seems to be in awe and not ready for responsibility. I hope he is doing all the right things on and off the pitch.
If that is the case, then he can't do much more other than be patient and wait for an opportunity to show what he can do. Cameo appearances off the bench can just add to the pressure at times.
I thought at the time it might have been prudent to loan him back to Soton for the season and negotiate a cut off the fee.
