Two thirds of the season gone

The next three games are all, on paper, very winnable. WBA at Goodison, an FA Cup tie against Bournemouth and a dire Villa side that need putting out of their misery... let's see Bobby assertively lead the club to wins in these three games and then maybe we can all start thinking we've turned a corner.

Totally agree. No excuses for losing any of these games.

Please God no.

Last third of the season has to be Robles' to prove he can secure that jersey before the summer. His reaction to that could determine whether we're looking for a top keeper or an understudy to Robles.
Dave, I have supported backing the Manager all season but for the life of me I can't understand why he refuses to see what 99.99% of football viewers see.
There's a time to back the players through tough times, yes that builds a great relationship between player and Manager. But his stubbornness has ruined our season to date. Regardless of how good Robles turns out to be, we can all see that even the players on the field are more comfortable with him.
If he brings Howard straight back in he seriously has issues he needs to work on mate.

It makes it even more mystifying when you think that he played the GK he inherited (who resented Martinez coming in, as he revealed in his biography) and he's left out the GK he paid cash for and whom he had at his previous club.

Bizzarre.

It's the only one of his Wigan warriors he hasn't backed. Mystifying as it's the one we all wanted him to.

I'd give it to McCarthy or Coleman.
McCarthy is as quiet as a mouse on the pitch, don't think he would be up for all the media duties involved. Saying that Barkley doesn't seem to comfortable in front of the camera either, just think it could tie Barkley to the club long term. He is the one I dread losing

Ok daft, but if arsenal lose to Chelsea tomorrow and we best them at home we're 7 points off fourth with loads of games to go

Should be pointed out that some fans have been hammered and labled as 'kneejerkers' for being pissed with the past 18 months yet they'll take a hammering tonight by some because Everton have won back to back games.

Seems a bit of double standards will be on show.

But I'll take it, If it means Everton are winning as that's all any of us ever wanted.

COYB

The only people scoring points should be Everton.

End of.
