Rewatching The Last Of Us season 1 before starting season 2. Forgot just how fantastic the Bill and Frank episode was.

That episode and Succession S4 Ep3 were the two best episodes of any TV I have seen in a number of years - both packing a real emotional punch, brilliantly acted.

One of the best depictions of love ever created on screen IMO. Love the scene where Bill pours Frank the wine for the first time.

It was genuinely touching

I love Nick Offerman. Think he is fantastic actor even though he often plays similar roles. This was similar (survivalist) but with a twist and he played it so well.

Think they took a risk deviating from the game like they did in terms of meeting Bill but in the game you get very little backstory about him and they fleshed that out in such a good way that it was the right call.

That succession episode is the most accurate depiction of grief in Tv and film.

Apparently based on a book series?

Sarsgaard is funny. Certain bits of generation kill and Zoolander are great. This looks good.

Just finished series 2 of Black Snow.

Although it’s more polished and everyone is a proper actor, I preferred the grittiness of the first series.

Travis Frimmel is excellent in the lead in both though and I can see a third series being made.

While waiting for the Mrs P to finish working I put on Mr Inbetween. Its an Australian series where a bloke called Ray Shoesmith seems to find trouble and sort it out too.

4 episodes done just like that. Brilliant TV

If you fancy Aussie actors @Littlesue and if you don't recall him because I guess you were probably too young you should check out Bluey - 1970's detective. Reckon he may have been right up your street
