Rats was sort of Polish but not selected AFAIK - ditto Carsley (English) but the same I'm fairly sure.

The ones no-one get were Ted Sagar who played internationals for both england and northern ireland, Bill Lacey and Alex Stevenson who were dual irish internationals and danny fox and peter scott who played in the english youth system but got their full caps elsewhere.
