Yep definitely.

Correct only season ticket holders can sell and only for league games. So 2 people wouldn't get a credit for the same seat.

You need photo ID to pick up the StubHub tickets so I'd imagine if those details matched with the seller's details it would be easily identifiable so the club could quite easily block people from doing this. Also in my proposal you would need an existing customer number set-up to transfer these Stubhub credits to so you will need to set-up an account at Evertonfc.com first- so you'd just be transferring those credits back to the yourself because yours would be the only details that match with the StubHub account.

Anybody know if there is a minimum ticket price listing on StubHub for Everton sales? (In US it is $6 before StubHub fees.)
Having to pay a minimum price plus the StubHub fees to accumulate say at least 5 additional credits to put on a duplicated account which may not even be useful in getting a ticket (if tickets don't go to non-season ticket holders/if we don't get past the early rounds) would be a deterrent. Plus StubHub constantly advertise the cheapest ticket for an event on their home page so you'd have to be pretty fast listing your own ticket and buying it back. Other than that I'm sure the club could tighten their own terms and conditions regarding multiple accounts-say automatically flagging and shutting down when aware of abuses of multiple accounts-in which case the money you spent on StubHub buying your own season ticket could be wasted anyway.
