Anyone know if this is possible-tried this?
If your details match such as name, address, card number on your StubHub account to your details on the main site can you be credited with a home match purchase and transfer it to your evertonfc.com account?

Without knowing for sure I would doubt it because the person who originally bought the ticket will have already have the credit for that seat. They would have to credit you and take one away from the other person.

Nah I doubt it, I think it's just one of the things you give up when you use StubHub.

The tickets have the seat holders name and customer number on, doubt they could allocate credits twice anyway.

you didn't actually buy anything off of Everton did you, the credits went to the person that did. Not really fair...same with using someone's customer number for away games, they get the credit even tho you pay the money and travel to the game...then when semi finals come around you miss out.

Thanks guys-yeah I thought that was the case although only season tickets holders can sell can't they so won't they only get credits on aways?-I've contacted the club on the off chance just to get some clarification...wish it was made clear at the point of sale though because saving about £1 here and there has left me stuck on 4 Home Credits on my customer number with a load of other home match purchases through StubHub.

Agreed. In future seasons I hope they adapt the partnership with StubHub so sellers give up a credit and the buyer gets one they can transfer over to their own customer number-seems a fairer way imo. Same with away games-there should be a scheme where say a Season Ticket holder with +6 credits who can't go an away instead of buying a ticket through their account for someone else there should be the opportunity for them to transfer their own customer number priviliges to another person's customer number for that game then the person buying gets themselves a credit and the ticket is in their name (definately beneficial for security/ID purposes).
I was in a Supporters Club for years went loads of home and aways but never accrued any purchase history just gave credit to a load of season ticket holders who benefitted on the big games each season (Away Derby's, Semi's, Finals)

Fully agree with the stub hub business. You are buying off the club and should get a credit. They are season tickets anyway they will have priority for semis etc.

The away tickets off mates are slightly different as you are both getting a favour or you a ticket that you normally wouldn't be entitled to and they get a credit.

It gutting to have attended over the criteria but be unable to purchase.

Thats not right - its only season ticket holders selling seats on stubhub so it is not the case that you would be taking one credit away from them, because they don't have individual credits for home matches attended, they just have a season ticket.

I would say it we definitely be fairer to allocate credits to people who have bought tickets off stubhub.

Can you not sell tickets on Stubhub unless you're a season ticket holder? Didn't know that, fair enough.

What if you were to buy a season ticket, list all your games and buy them yourself?

You'd only be paying the booking fee each time and you'd probably end up with 2 lots of credits for Wembley etc.

It's a pain because I only just had 5 despite using StubHub loads, and I could have missed out, however I know that is the risk when I buy last minute cheap tickets.

Not sure if that would make any sense. For a start the booking/service fee is about £8 per ticket so not that cheap, and secondly I don't think you would end up with 2 lots of credits, because you can only buy 1 ticket per customer number until something has gone to general sale.

Yeah I agree. Not fair to miss out if you've bought tickets through an official site, which stubhub is because the club have chosen to use that rather than incur the cost of developing their own ticketing portal to allow season ticket holders to sell there seats for individual games via the everton website.

I've missed out - only had 4 home credits on my customer number, although to be fair all the other games I've been to this season have been aways so its irrelevant whos customer number they are on.

You need photo ID to pick up the StubHub tickets so I'd imagine if those details matched with the seller's details it would be easily identifiable so the club could quite easily block people from doing this. Also in my proposal you would need an existing customer number set-up to transfer these Stubhub credits to so you will need to set-up an account at Evertonfc.com first- so you'd just be transferring those credits back to the yourself because yours would be the only details that match with the StubHub account.
