Still got 99% of my trainers in their original box.

As for them Lendl - they were in my squad of 3 circa 86/87 and nothing else got a look in (even my Trimm Trabs). Lendl Court, Harvard and ZX600 were the 3 in question.

I, too, was certain they were called simply Lendl Court. I don't remember the Indoor monicker. The closest I've got now is a pair of white/black Grand Prix, which shares the same silhouette.

As you say, they were perfect for them Tachinni bottoms. I also had them, plus the top with the zip-off sleeves, and usually wore an Adidas Lendl polo-shirt (the one with the mad square & triangle shapes across the middle). The Lendl Court also went well with an Adidas New Yorker hooded trackie top I had around the same time.

Halcyon days indeed.

My 1st Tracky Top, the dark blue one. A light blue sold yesterday on ebay for £21 and a dark one went for about 6 quid last week (xl).

I always thought that about the Lendl, but that poster calls the strap ones 'Court Dirt.' Never even saw any of those tbh.

There's a cracking new pair of ZX8000 just up in the Size website. They'll do nicely for the summer.

Them and the grey/blue Marathon 88s are next on the list pour moi.

Pics bigger than actual size, didn't realise they were so grubby, the Mystery ones will be cos stained the decking in them.

As you can see, knackered now, the suede cleans up tbh but the sole is coming apart at the edge, there used to be a place in manc that put new rubber on joggers.

Never seen that mystery pair before, but they're from the Equipment lne so I avoid them.

As for the Rom, not my cup of chai. File alongside the City Series.

They were to just say " B.J. King" it was decided to be 'wholly inappropriate' though and would've been a prime example of unfortunate juxtaposition.
