Top three goals you have ever seen scored against Everton.

Duran last season was both painful and beautiful.
iirc Waddle scored from what felt like his own goal line a long time ago.
isn't there a comedy class of goals, I'm trying to think of an absolute fraudster that conned his way into an opposition team and scored on debut vs us then disappeared. Similar to Niasse, absolutely not a football player in any regard.

Can't name a top 3 but the best I always recall was Goodison under the lights in the 70s when I witnessed Viv Anderson scoring a better.
What a player Viv Anderson was btw another guy that had to withstand a lot of racist abuse whilst paving the way for black players to break through at the highest level.
Was that the league cup game where they beat us 3-2?
Curled into the top corner with the outside of his right foot.

Terrible that class players like him and Brendan Batson couldn't get into the England teams ahead of Phil Neal the goblin.

I know Anderson eventually got games but not as many as he should have.

I'm going to be the argumentative bugger here.

Pretty sure Lou Macari scored a superb overhead kick against us when Utd beat us 6-2 on boxing day 77 at Goodison.

I suppose it's possible that he also scored one in december 75.

Sorry D.
🤣🤣🤣The reason I remember the Macari one was because the lights went out that evening which was pretty exciting as a 9 year old🤣and also I "fortunately"😉🤣missed the 6-2 as I had to attend a boxing day "do"🤣👍

Think it was,Latch put us one up early on I think.

At least Paul Cooper agreed with me about the Eric Gates goal😉🤣👍

Yeah the Duran one is the most recent and memorable.

….tough one;

1) Clyde Best for West Ham at Goodison. Long time ago but I have it in mind he ran along the touch line from near the players tunnel, then along the Gwladys St bye-line before smashing it in the net. I thought it was incredible but the mists of time might have enhanced it a bit

2) Tony Morley scored a belter against us at Goodison for Villa. Villa with a team full of lads from this neck of the woods (Morley an Ormskirkian @LinekersLegs), I think they won the title that season.

3) Dread putting a RS goal in but I was right behind Roger Hunt’s blammo in ‘66 Charity Shield game. I was only 9 but it was such a memorable day to see Wilson & Hunt parade the Jules Rimet trophy with the FA Cup and Championship also in that parade.

Drogba goal was good but it was really Yobo not getting tight, that allowed him to hit and hope. West Ham scored a great goal against us that was fantastic, we won 3-1.
