this one for the sheer emotiveness of the subject, day after day the news would show a city under siege, students attempting to cross a road to keep up their studies, with many gunned down as the people of Sarajevo were held hostage for 4 long years, and the world just looked on at a city that had only just been an Olympic venue.

David Bowie/Queen - Under Pressure and Run DMC/Aerosmith - Walk this way are two I want to second. Boss songs.

I absolutely love that song. And... I know it's a Meat Puppets cover, but why is it a collaboration?

Either way, don't mean to be a pedant. You can never have enough Nirvana in your thread (y)

Because the Meat Puppets are on stage with him playing the song and singing with him, hence a collaboration?
See, every thread can get this album into it somehow!

I never noticed! Aha.

Nice one (y)

Haha no worries, watch it or listen to it the whole way through, and he introduces them on and off the stage, they do Lake Of Fire as well. I don't think anybody in the room knows who they are except for Cobain. Producers didn't want them on either, they wanted a big name band, but Kurt told them how it was going to be.

I'm incredibly familiar with it, mate. It just never clicked, haha!

I am prone to the occasional brain fart :P
