Tony Hibbert.......!!

Two things about Hibbert:

1) Came back after a long layoff against Chelsea of all teams and didn't look like he'd been out at all.

2) My favorite Hibbert moment was last year against Man City when he completely shut down their danger man, Martin Petrov. Aggravated him so much that he kicked out at someone and got sent off.

Like I said in another thread last week, one of my favorite Everton players.

"Unsung" is right.

When Arsenal had Henry playing for them, Hibbert never seemed to let Henry get the best of him. And Henry got the best of quite a few defenders over the years.

That tackle on Torres was top draw, he had two great games against Liverpool to be fair to him.

I really rate Hibbert and Osman for the job they've done at Everton for the last 6-7 years, but I don't think either of them will ever be included in the England squad, even though they deserve it more than most who do get a call up. (Bullard and Manciene for example)

I don't really care as long as they keep putting in the performances for Everton as they always have done.
