I always held out hopes that Tom Davies would come good and be a success for us but, alas, it wasn't to be. Mind you, if you're going to make snide remarks at midfielders like Ian Snodin, you better produced the goods... and he didn't. Oh well, at least we'll always have his goal against Manchester City to keep us warm at night.

Still remember him and Keane shafting us at home against Bournemouth under Carlo. Davies leathering one back to Keane for no reason allowing their striker to pounce for one goal, and then Keane just wandering out with the ball, falling over, and allowing their striker in for another. Bye bye europe. Probably the moment Carlo thought ‘get Madrid on the phone’ after watching those clowns try to play football.
