My lad is a keeper, and he questioned the keeper there as it's quite central to him, and he went with only one hand - reaching over with his left.

I think he's being a bit harsh, but it's mad how different positions see it.

I agree with you: I think it's a great strike, with power and dipping. Yet when we watched it back (with Watkin's back to the camera), I can see his point.

Perhaps not agree with it, but he asked why he didn't go with two hands right at it.

I’m not a fan of this. It’s not my kind of football. Last season we were defensive but looked to counter and it was exciting - we’ve came here by the looks of it with no intention to be brave or try to score. Same. It’s a tough watch.

We have no presence or conception in the middle of the park other than to take a position to take away their passing lanes. Look at how Villa move the ball around. That is coaching.
