This is correct. Forest, too.

The middle-class remain aspirational. The last thing we need right now is our current peers stealing a march we cannot retrieve on us.

Chelsea, City, and the Saudis are permanent fixtures at the top given their ownerships. We were always going to have to contend with them whether they qualified or not. Villa and Forest, not so much - especially as the ramifications for their finances could well see both slide into mid-table or worse now.
