Rather Spurs win it I suppose, they were about as bad as they could be this year but United have further to drop without the backstop of European money

If United win it the extra CL games could take a toll on them next season and their PL form could get worse. Missing out of CL could see Fernandez looking to move to a CL club, which would have a big impact on them too, with the loss of 15 to 20 penalties that he seems to get over the course of a season.

Looking forward to a lot of games on the tv tonight. Bristol v Sheffield United will be good to see if Sheffield United continue their end of season slump. I`d like to see Bristol come up as I`ve never seen them in the top flight. I hope Spurs do a Spurs and flop in Norway sot that the 2 out of form sly 6 teams don`t make the Europa final. I think Spurs will improve with a new manager but United are a bad team getting worse. United getting CL football by winning the Europa Cup would probably be bad for them and give them another run of games to get battered in.

I drink with two sound lads from Sunderland and they share the exact same gallows outlook towards their team as Everton fans, but I’d like Frank to get another crack at the premier league.

The girl I was going out with in 2013-14 was from Sunderland originally and her dad was a huge fan and also the only person I've seen who I can absolutely say was more miserable than Everton fans... but then again, he's got 2 sons and one is a Tottenham fan and the other's a Newcastle fan. And his daughter was going out with a foreigner...

Anyway, jokes aside, nice people. No ill will towards anyone, and I occasionally keep an eye out for Sland results cuz of him, he was a great person who welcomed me as one of his own. That said it will be a sweet redemption arc for Lamps too... Maybe best that it's a dramatic 4-4 draw and pens decide it

I think either team is going straight back down to be honest. A real difficult task to keep the newly promoted teams in it, maybe the most difficult in the league as @Walken said above.
